It's a short 8 minute walk from Hackney Wick train station or 2 minute bus ride from Stratford, Westfield. Paid parking is available a 1 minute walk from the restaurant on the Here East site. Booking is advised (especially in the summer months as the canal attracts many sun seekers to eat their wings on the grass, in deck chairs) but walk in available.
