Delamina in Marylebone was opened by husband and wife Limor and Amir Chen, following a journey that began with a residency at ShoreditchHouse and then the opening of their first restaurant, Delamina EAST, in Shoreditch.
Limor is the driving force behind the menu, drawing on her eclectic heritage — she was born in Tel Aviv to a family of middle eastern and European origin. Limor’s recipes are influenced by her interest in healthy eating – grilling, roasting and using regional herbs & spices to celebrate the raw ingredients.
The food is accompanied by a drinks list that includes exciting and innovative wines from the Middle East, alongside house cocktails that incorporate the same aromatic herbs & spices used in the kitchen.
