Situated on Marylebone’s Paddington Street, the bright neon lights give the downstairs cocktail bar an intimate red glow; an eclectic mix of century-old, Taiwan-bought items are lined across the walls; while the upstairs dining room brings tradition to your table.
As the name suggests, Bao & Bing is all about fluffy bao buns filled with everything from pork belly (accompanied by chilli, coriander and mayonnaise) to panko shrimp (with wok cabbage) and a monthly-changing special to keep your taste buds coming back for more. The stars of the show are joined by Taiwanese favourites.
