The Stables Restaurant is nestled within the picturesque Hestercombe Gardens in Taunton, Somerset. Set inside the 16th century stables, we have kept the historic stabling but injected our own modern twist. Our outside courtyard offers a calm and relaxed experience with only the sound of our beautiful copper fountain.
