The Dining Room holds two Michelin stars and Niall’s menus showcase his skills matched to seasonal produce, we would describe his food as Modern British, but also very influenced by his world wide travels. In 2018 Niall was awarded Michelin’s European Young Chef of the Year.
Please note: As we continue to navigate such uncertain times Whatley Manor is now closed for a period of time to ensure we support the efforts to minimise the spread of Covid 19.
