Brian together with his late wife Chris first moved to the Chequers over 36 years ago and have been providing excellent service, in a beautiful building with fine drink, food and regular entertainment. The Chequers has a selection of lagers on tap, as well as three real ales, including Mild Ale & a constantly changing guest ale.
With a large beer garden and children's meal deals it is ideal for families, especially on a summers day. The Pub is also on local walking and cycle routes and dog friendly. Offering a menu full of pub food delights and changing specials and mid week deals.
