Located on a residential street between Islington and Shoreditch, just off Regent’s Canal, The Baring is defined by Rob’s simple yet considered cooking, promoting humble ingredients and seasonal produce, against a backdrop of low intervention wines and independent UK breweries.
Sustainability, provenance, and low environmental impact will be guiding principles throughout. The
Baring will stay respectful to the traditions of the great British pub whilst not being bound by them, looking with a fresh perspective to bring a current and relevant approach to the gastropub.
