Located within our award-winning Winery and overlooking the stunning South Downs, the Tasting Room offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience. Led by Executive Head Chef Chris Bailey, the menu celebrates the finest seasonal produce with snacks, small and large plates, and desserts — curated to pair with our exceptional Sussex Sparkling wines.

Open Wednesday to Sunday, 12 pm – 6 pm, with large plates served until 3.30 pm. Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
