Our meat restaurant concept is where our master butchers skillfully cut your steak and where we present to you the steaks for selecting before cooking it.
Our specialty steak comes from the Fassona cattle breed exclusively from the mountain valleys in the north of Genoa. At our restaurant you will find exquisite Steak Tartare, Herefordshire Steak, Halal Sashi Steak, Tomahawk Steak, as well as authentic Italian dishes, such as arancini, tigella, pizza and pasta.
