Fabio’s Gelato Hitchin

This is our first gelateria which we opened in 2015. Located in the heart of Hitchin. All of our award winning gelato is produced in Weston.

Not only do we offer 10 ever changing flavours of hand made Gelato and Sorbets. We also offer a unique build your own Sundae & Waffle service, you choose it, we create it, you eat it, which is great fun for kids and adults too.

You can also find on our menu a wide choice of coffee made from locally roasted beans, milkshakes, soft serve, soft drinks, slushie, home-made cakes, wines, beers and liquors.
