Here at Dick's Smokehouse, we serve classic american style bbq food. Cooked over natural coal & wood. All our meat is cooked low & slow, to create tender & flavoursome products. Each meat is smoked over different woods to give them there own unique smoky taste. All of our meat is then paired with a selection of home made sides, such as pickles, relishes, sauces. The fact we make our own sauces & rubs makes our food stand out from others, and gives us that uniqueness to make people come back for more.
