Bab Tooma is the first authentic Syrian restaurant in West Yorkshire, with its flagship branch established on Wilton Street, Bradford, in August 2016.

Driven by the growing demand for Middle Eastern cuisine in West Yorkshire, the journey began when its founder, while studying in Leeds, recognised the need for an authentic Syrian dining experience. Eyad Charbatji’s vision led to the creation of Bab Tooma
