Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for over a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, bread, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Cotswolds. We don’t buy pre-made or frozen doughs, we source the best flour and yeast and let our doughs raise for48-72 hours, just like our families did in the past; the way it should be done.
Nasprías tips its hat to my Sardinian roots and also serves Illy coffee, the best that Italy has to offer made to Illy’s exacting high standards alongside other drinks that you can find in any Italian bar.
