Jam Shack sells food inspired by authentic Caribbean traditional family recipes. Our jerk paste is the key to our delicious tasting menu. It provides the base for all our chicken and fish dishes. We strive to bring bold flavours, authentic taste and freshness into the food we provide to our customers. Our most popular dish is smoked jerk chicken which is barbecued fresh on the day and glazed with our homemade jerk sauce. We’ve managed to put a new spin on the old classic Sunday roast. Simplicity is the name of the game: we use fresh and spicy ingredients and offer a variety of Caribbean extras on the side.
