Landlords Steph and Sam run a traditional village pub that offers a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and tasty, fresh good value food. It is a Wadworth pub, so you can expect to find a tasty pint, and if the weather is kind you can also soak up some rays in the pretty garden, it gets the sun from late morning all the way into the evening. They are dog friendly both outside and in the bar area. They have 3 basic B&B rooms. Unfortunately the rooms are not currently dog friendly. They have a great selection of homemade food available and are particularly well known for their burgers and pies. If you are watching the pennies, their smaller portion of freshly battered fish & chips with homemade mushy peas and homemade tartar is only £10.25
